AeroNautica International began in 1995 providing employee staffing and logistic services to the Ship Building industry exclusively. We provided temporary and permanent employees to companies such as; Avondale Industries (now owned by Northrop-Grummond), San Francisco Drydock, Atlantic Marine, Alabama Shipbuilding, among others.

Although the Shipbuilding industry remains an integral part of our staff solutions focus, it is one fragment in a large field of services and products we currently offer to employers and employees.

From Aerospace to Video Production we have diversified to meet the demands of a multiplicity of employers and corporations in need of quality professional and experienced personnel. Although we offer temporary positions, many of our temporaries have been hired as permanent staff to those companies we service.

Our safety record is impeccable, we like to think it is because of our Employee Safety Rewards Program and background checks. All employees are drug-screened and checked. AeroNautica International implemented an incentative attendance and safety program prior to launching in 1995, it was so exact that AeroNautica International never entered the Workman's Comp Risk Pool.
